Returns Policy & Terms and Conditions
At Wishbone Cosmetics, we want the absolute best for our customers. In order to give you the smoothest service, please follow our Terms and Conditions.
We do not offer refunds on our products, we are exchange only (please see Lost Items Policy for exceptions). Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your items have been delivered, we cannot offer you a exchange.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately within the set 24 hours to proceed with the cancellation. Any cancellation requests made outside the 24 hours will not be considered and your purchase will be processed.
All Wishbone Cosmetics products are not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of resale or redistribution. This will include orders that contain over 5 of the same item.
Wishbone Cosmetics will take all reasonable care in accordance with applicable laws, within our power to do so, to keep the details of the Customer’s Order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on its part (and, subject to applicable laws, including laws relating to data protection and privacy) Wishbone Cosmetics cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by Wishbone Cosmetics if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Online Store.
Sadly, information via the internet is not always completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted our Online Store; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 14 working days. Please allow up to 10 days from your estimated delivery date before contacting us about your order.
If you have provided the incorrect delivery address on your order, you must email us within 24 hours of ordering your product for this to be amended, otherwise your order will be processed and sent to the original address.
We offer Free Delivery for customers within the UK. International orders will be subject to a reduced shipping rate, this is calculated based on the zone countries zone of your delivery address.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed, then you will receive an email confirming your item(s) have been shipped. Please retain this for your records as you will not be able to claim for a lost item or exchange without this evidence.
You will receive confirmation from your courier when your product is delivered.
The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you have not received your order within the 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com immediately and will investigate this for you. Please also provide emails of your confirmation order and your shipment confirmation. Please see Lost Items Policy for full information.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To complete your exchange application, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of your delivered product. Please email both documents to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have emailed your application for exchange, we will review your documents and will email you with confirmation for an exchange. Please note if refused our decision is final. If we approve your exchange application, please follow our procedures under Shipping Exchanges.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your exchange will be processed and a new product with be shipped to you within 30 days. See policy under Shipping Exchanges for full information.
To return your product, you must mail your product to: Miracle Church Lane Birdham PO20 7AT.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your returned item within 30 days of agreement of exchange, you will not receive and exchange from us.
Once we have received your item and there is no discrepancy with your original claim for an exchange, we will process your exchange and deliver your product within 30 days.
We are exchange only with our products, however we do provide exceptions for lost items. If there is an issue with our third party couriers, we will contact you in regards to a delay. If we have contacted you in regards to a delay and you items are delivered within the amended delivery period, you will not be able to able to make a Lost Item claim.
To claim a Lost Item, you must provide proof of purchase with your confirmation email as well as your shipment confirmation. We will then launch an investigation into your claim.
If we find that your order has not been delivered within the designated time, that you have not received a delivery confirmation email and we have not contacted you in regards to any delays to your delivery, you will be issued with a full refund.
Please note if we have received confirmation from you designated courier that your item was delivered, you will not be issued a refund.
When uploading a review or any comments to our Online Store, you agree to follow our terms and conditions that you will not post anything regarded as unlawful or otherwise objectionable, this includes but is not limited to material and content that is spam, defamatory, abusive, threatening, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ageist, sexist and ablest.
Any reviews or posts you upload to our online store are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.
Wishbone Cosmetics have the right to remove any content you upload to our Online Store that we believe to be in breach of our listed conditions.
